What if we drop the stories attached to ourselves?
Attached to who we are, the ones we say belong to our persona
What happens if we let go of them and stand naked in just being
All without any attachments
of who we have been
who we are
and who we are becoming

In the deepest forest
I collect the darkest memories
Read for me you said
Teach me your stories from life
Tell me what you've seen and what you know
The window half open and I can hear the breeze outside
The trees will tell you all that you need to know I said
But before that, you have to step outside and face your deepest fears and your darkest memories

New York had never seemed more beautiful and ugly walking next to you
Everything mattered while nothing did
The city made our short story more beautiful
yet meaningless still full with meaning
Even the short love stories are stories that heal our hearts
They are there for a reason
In the most precious and beautiful moments my heart fills up with sadness -I know it will all be over in a flick of a second
Just so it can happen all over again
And then disappear
And then happen again
and again and again...
